15.5mm numeric tube manufactured by Rodan
The CD43 is a numeric endview nixie tube manufactured by Rodan. Its equal to the ZM1180 from Siemens, but the digits look more nice and have a special kind of glow like many Rodan tubes. These were used in measurement devices like Voltmeters (see below).
